My journey into bioresonance wasn’t a straight path, but every step has shaped the way I work today.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in complementary health, supporting people with stress, fatigue, chronic pain and complex wellbeing concerns. My training spans clinical aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, nutrition, stress management and Ayurvedic herbalism, giving me a broad understanding of how lifestyle, environment and wellbeing are connected.
Alongside my clinical work, I’ve always been fascinated by technology and systems. I also spent many years working as a senior executive personal assistant, where precision, organisation and attention to detail were part of everyday life.
Perhaps the greatest influence on my practice has been caring for close family members through serious illness. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of how overwhelming health challenges can feel, and how important it is to have information explained clearly and calmly.
Today, those experiences come together in the way I work. I naturally look for patterns, connect the dots and translate complex information into something practical and understandable. It’s a combination of analytical thinking, clinical experience and genuine care that allows me to support each client as an individual.
What drew me to bioresonance was the opportunity to combine technology with a person-centred approach. Using the Sensitiv Imago 530CE, we gather information that helps guide our conversation and offers another perspective on how your body may be responding to stress, lifestyle and environmental factors.
The technology is only one part of the process. What matters just as much is listening to your story, understanding your health history and helping you make sense of what comes up in a grounded, realistic way. Most importantly, I explain everything in plain English. No confusing reports. No unnecessary jargon. Just clear, practical guidance you can use.

Every appointment is designed to meet you where you are.
Whether you book an Advanced Wellness Experience, a Signature or Essential Wellness Experience, a Functional Wellness Reset, a Family Wellness Experience, or one of my specialist compatibility or spectrum assessments, the aim is always the same: to help you better understand your wellbeing and identify realistic next steps.
During your appointment, we’ll talk through your health history, current concerns and goals. We’ll then carry out the appropriate bioresonance assessment for your booking and go through the findings together in clear, simple language.
You’ll leave with personalised recommendations focused on practical foundations such as nutrition, hydration, stress support, nervous system balance and sustainable lifestyle changes.
One thing you’ll quickly notice about me is what I don’t do.
I believe lasting wellbeing starts with strong foundations: understanding your body, supporting your nervous system, nourishing yourself well, improving hydration, reducing unnecessary stress and making changes that fit into real life.
My role isn’t to tell you what to buy. It’s to help you better understand your body so you can make informed choices with confidence.

Every person who comes to see me has a different story.
Some clients are looking for support with ongoing fatigue, stress, sensitivities or general wellbeing concerns. Others simply want a clearer picture of where to start.
Whatever brings you here, you’ll be met with curiosity, kindness and careful attention to detail.
My aim is for you to leave feeling more informed, more grounded and with a clear, practical plan for moving forward.
